Young Musician II (ages 11 - 15):

  • 1st Prize: $6,500

Young Musician I (ages 5 - 10):

  • 2nd Prize: $2,000

  • 3rd Prize: $1,000

Special Prizes:

  • Audience Choice: $3,000 (for best performance of commissioned work by Tyshawn Sorey) for Young Musician II and Artist categories 

  • Best Nocturne, Etude, Polonaise, and Mazurka:  $750 each

Note: All ages may enter the Artist Category; only Artist Category finalists are eligible to win the Discovery Prize.
